No. The calendar is a planning guide, and a date remains subject to final confirmation by the resort team. If the calendar cannot connect, the page will say so instead of presenting every date as open.

Yes. The rate planner supports consecutive nights and calculates each night using the applicable season. Message the team for extended stays or arrangements outside the usual overnight package.

The standard base rate is ₱16,000 in the off season, ₱19,000 in peak months, and ₱21,000 during specified holiday periods. Your selected date determines the rate; use the estimate builder for a transparent breakdown.

The base rate covers one 22-hour stay for up to 15 guests, four air-conditioned bedrooms, both pools, the kitchen and dining facilities, the arcade and recreation spaces, the entertainment room from 10 PM to 6 AM, outdoor areas, and the standard resort amenities.

Guests beyond the included 15 are ₱250 per person per night, up to the resort's maximum of 30. Senior citizens and PWDs get 20% off the extra-guest fee (₱200) with a valid ID, and children under 3 are free. The ecological fee is collected separately by a third party and is not part of Valley O'Ville's total. Optional add-ons are itemized by the rate planner.

Options include the King en-suite (₱3,500/night), anytime entertainment room access (₱2,000/night), extra bed with linens (₱200), towel rental (₱50), fire pit with materials (₱300), extra 16L water jug (₱50), massage (₱600/hour, by advance request), late checkout (₱1,000/hour, subject to availability), and the separate floating cottage. Inclusions and availability can change, so confirm add-ons with the team before paying.

Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and checkout is 12:00 noon the next day, giving your group a 22-hour stay. Ask in advance if you need a different arrangement; approval depends on adjacent bookings and the type of stay.

The standard package includes up to 15 guests and four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own restroom. The resort sleeps up to 24 in the included bedrooms and can host up to 30 guests with additional guest fees and bedding arrangements. A King en-suite room is bookable separately as a fifth bedroom.

The included rooms use a mix of queen beds and bunk beds, and are supplied with fresh linens, pillows, blankets, storage, and air conditioning. Ask the team for the current room plan if a particular sleeping arrangement matters to your group.

Main facilities have ground-floor access and a private entrance, but the property is not presented as a fully accessible resort. Contact the team before booking with your exact requirements so they can explain routes, thresholds, bathrooms, and suitable rooms accurately.

The kitchen has a gas burner, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, whistling kettle, 20-cup and 30-cup rice cookers, and an outdoor barbecue grill. Cookware includes 2 frying pans, 2 casseroles, food trays, and prep tools (cutting boards, colander, strainer, knives, peeler, tongs, ladles). Place settings: 20 plates, 21 each of spoons, forks, and glasses, 18 mugs, bowls, 2 pitchers, and an ice bucket. Please clean as you go; a ₱1,000 cleaning fee applies if the kitchen is left unwashed. Ask about consumables such as charcoal before arrival.

Yes. Outside food and catering are welcome. If a vendor needs early access, special equipment, or a large setup area, coordinate it with the team in advance.

Yes, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM at no charge. It has a 55-inch smart TV, premium audio, and indoor karaoke. Anytime access, including daytime, is an optional ₱2,000 per night.

The layout is designed for family groups and includes a shallow kiddie pool, high chair, table corner guards, toys and games. Adults remain responsible for supervising children, especially around the pools and outdoor areas.

Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Outdoor karaoke must stop by 10:00 PM. Smoking is limited to designated outdoor areas and is not allowed inside rooms or enclosed common spaces.

For Airbnb reservations, the cancellation terms shown on Airbnb at the time of booking apply. Direct bookings require a 50% downpayment; ask the resort team for the written rebooking and cancellation terms before sending it.

Celebrations and group gatherings can be discussed, but event scale, hours, guest limits, setup, suppliers, and rates differ from the overnight package. The daytime Event Package is ₱25,000 for 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, up to 200 guests, with one room included. Send the team your event details for a proposal.

The resort is in Carretunan, Calatagan, Batangas. The drive from Metro Manila is commonly around 2.5–3 hours, but travel time depends heavily on traffic and your starting point.

Bring personal toiletries and medicines, food or catering plans, swimwear, towels if you are not renting them, sun and insect protection, and any celebration supplies. Bedding and the main kitchen equipment are provided.
